Because BioQuantix provides immediate access to proprietary digital data, algorithmic intelligence, and real-time market metrics, all sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital data intelligence and the immediate consumption of our proprietary reports, we offer a strict no-refund policy after access is granted or a report is generated. We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.
If you choose to cancel your Pro or Elite subscription, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. Exceptions to this policy will only be made if the Service is demonstrably defective or experiencing a prolonged, platform-wide outage, at the sole discretion of BioQuantix management.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
