The data, scores, and "Shadow Intelligence" metrics provided by BioQuantix do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or an offer to buy or sell any securities. You are solely responsible for your own investment research and decisions.
While we strive to provide accurate market intelligence by aggregating public and alternative data sources, BioQuantix makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided. Bio-pharma markets are highly volatile, and algorithmic models cannot guarantee future results.
To access "Pro" or "Elite" features, you must purchase a subscription. All payments are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Sharing of Pro accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
All proprietary algorithms, UI designs, and data visualizations (including the "Quant Radar" and "Pipeline Gap Map") are the exclusive property of BioQuantix. Scraping or commercially redistributing our data is strictly forbidden.
BioQuantix and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the fees paid by you to BioQuantix in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
